There is a 30 Day Credit Policy. 

To obtain a Store Credit for MBL PRODUCTS ONLY, you can email us at MBeautyluxe.Shop@gmail.com. Please note that ALL Hair Bundle, Frontals, and closurepurchases are FINAL. 

Damages and Product Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and email us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a one time credit.

STORE CREDIT PRODUCTS INCLUDE: 

MBL EDGE CONTROL, MBL SILKENING MIST ELIXIR, & MBL SILK SPONGE ROLLERS. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or give credit on/For HAIR BUNDLE Purchases.( bundles, closures, frontals)

CREDITS
We will notify you once we’ve received your email regarding hair care PRODUCTS ONLY. Once confirmed, you’ll be automatically credited for the amount of the product(s) purchased. Please note this does  NOT include Hair Bundles.
